St. John zoning changes are pretty much disgusting. People buy land with the expectation that the neighborhood is a certain way. And then some dinks on st thomas change the zoning and allow a development, gas station, retail o utlet, or some other use right next door. Wake up, DPNR, you bunch of dinks. We need some autonomy on St. John. Well, I am going to move anyway, so it doesn't matter.
